Village Scrolls contains information about the Millénaire mod which is not included in the current recommended version of Technic Pack and might be outdated.

In the Millenaire mod, all cultures sell scrolls that provide information about their culture. There are four types of scrolls: buildings, items, people and complete. The complete scroll has no different information than the other three, but combines them into one item.
Complete Mayan Scroll = Can be bought from a Mayan Village for 1a.
