Scrap is obtained by placing items in a Recycler. It can be placed in a Mass Fabricator to speed up the process of creating UU-Matter, it can be burned in a Generator or an IC furnace, or it can be used to create a Scrap Box.

Scrap is produced by putting nearly any item in the Recycler.
Uses[]
Scrap's primary use is to speed up the process of making UU-Matter which is used to make lots of items like Iridium Ore .
If you place the scrap in the crafting grid, by filling all the crafting slots, the result will be a Scrap Box
It can be used to make Fertilizer (IndustrialCraft) with Bone Meal.
