The Red Matter Shovel is an item that is part of the Equivalent Exchange mod. It works much the same as the other Red/Dark Matter tools (it's dark counterpart being the Dark Matter Shovel) in the fact that you can charge it up. It is a part in the creation of the Red Matter Morningstar. It is indestructible.
Use[]
The shovel will flatten areas by digging a 1-block depth hole in an area around the block that is right-clicked on. Pressing the V key will charge the shovel up, increasing the number of blocks destroyed. Pressing Shift + V will reduce the charge level.
