A NOT Gate sends out three on outputs when the one input is off. The inverse is also true. All outputs are off when the input is on.
Usage[]
Holding shift and right-clicking with a Screwdriver or Sonic Screwdriver cycles through options to disable some outputs. Disabled outputs are gray instead of red.
Power System[]
When placing redstone or red alloy wire at the ends of the NOT gate, it ignites them. Neat, eh?
