Empty Cells are used in the creation of Biofuel Cells, Hydrated Coal Cells, Lava Cells, Water Cells, Uranium Cells, and Near-Depleted Uranium Cells.
By holding an Empty Cell and right clicking on a water or lava source block, a cell will be replaced by a Water or Lava Cell respectively.
