The Electrolyzer stores EU in Water Cells. When you place a Water Cell in the left slot, it will accept 15000 EU, and be turned into an Electrolyzed Water Cell. If left in the Electrolyzer, they will discharge their energy into nearby MFEs or MFSUs. The nearby MFEs or MFSUs must be 75% charged in order to charge Water Cells. Leaving Water Cells in the Electrolyzer will result in the loss of EU when the nearby MFEs or MFSUs fall below 25% of its total charge. (Note: Must be directly next to a MFS Unit or MFE in order to charge cells, you cannot run a wire to it.)
- This process is 90% efficient, so you lose 1500 EU in the process.
