Blue Alloy Wire is used to conduct blutricity. It will not conduct redstone power, just as redstone wire will not conduct blutricity. It must be mounted on a surface, but can run along walls or ceilings as well as floors. For mount-less blutricity conduction, use Jacketed Bluewire instead.
